I’m Sayan Ghosh, a Microsoft 365 and Identity administrator based in Kolkata, India, with about five years of hands-on experience running enterprise tenants. I work at Infosys as a Modern Workplace & Identity Engineer, and before that spent four years at Accenture, where I received the ACE “Extra Mile” award.
My day-to-day is Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Teams and Cloud Voice, Intune and PowerShell — keeping people productive without leaving the door open.
Why this site exists
Section titled “Why this site exists”Most Microsoft 365 problems aren’t hard because the technology is complicated. They’re hard because the answer is spread across ten docs pages, three forum threads and an outdated blog post. microsoftadmin.in is where I write the answer down once — verified against official Microsoft sources and tested in my own lab tenant.
